But most importantly we learned how use our own resources in the company to build strength from within and use our diverse experience and viewpoints to conquer challenges head on and use them to our benefit in the future!

Your workshop was designed to help foster creative problem solving. Too many requests for solutions to critical problems were flowing across my desk. In general, there was not a team approach to tackling some of the issues which face this company. I was quite skeptical as to whether there would be any "buy in" to this training and process but I was pleasantly surprised. Your ability to disarm some of the anxiety that people had and create a cooperative environment was surprising and unique to experience. Most important was that your structured approach to problem solving minimized the negativity that has so often permeated this group and impeded progress. The group actually took the inventory issue that you used as training platform and have continued to refine and develop solutions. This experience opened the eyes of all participants as to what can be accomplished with a structured group approach to tough issues. This experience resulted in a step change in our performance and was time well-spent.

You bring several different things to my 1-2-1 coaching sessions. You forced me to break out of standard thought and ideas and look at issues through a more creative lens. At times some of the thoughts seem far fetched and unrealistic but little threads start leading to thinking outside the box and breaking old patterns. It's refreshing. I can also see you searching for the passion in my issues and endeavors which sometimes is lacking and is obviously needed to succeed. Your probing questions help me understand how I really feel about an issue. That has led me to adopt the new behavior to make productive changes sustainable.
