From our session with Marvin, we were able take the gathered ideas, perspective, and information to launch initiatives that were key to our continued success in a challenging economy. We had a “Web Revolution” that completely retooled the way we use the internet and online presence in the current marketplace. We also learned how to harness our internal talent and start a floral school to constantly broaden the horizons of our designers to elicit the most stimulating and creative work environment possible. We also have implemented a relationship with a PR firm that has resulted in our media presence being greatly magnified, we have more control over the way we are represented, and overall more effective and valuable than prior PR partnerships. But most importantly we learned how use our own resources in the company to build strength from within and use our diverse experience and viewpoints to conquer challenges head on and use them to our benefit in the future!
